With over 10 years’ experience in the care sector, Kristina founded Bells Home Care to raise the standard of at-home support. Having worked hands-on in the industry, she saw firsthand how much difference excellent carers, and great leadership can make.
Kristina is committed to recruiting and developing exceptional staff. Her focus is on transparency, trust, and continuous improvement — values that shine through in the day-to-day care her team delivers.
